As winter approaches, families start breaking out their “comfort food” recipes. And for many people, that means soup.
Bryce and I are both big chicken noodle soup fans, and I make a mean potato soup, but that’s about it. So I decided it’s time to start expanding our soup boundaries.
Tonight… we started with chili.

In our house, we eat a lot of chicken. I mean a LOT of chicken. It’s easy to prepare, it’s fast, and it’s delicious. Trouble is, sometimes we get stuck in a chicken rut, as I imagine many families do. So I decided to come up with something new. Enter: the blackened chicken sandwich.
I branded this blog as an ode to music and food. And so far, the latter has been getting very little attention. But things are about to change. (Not as dramatically as that may sound, but one post is a good start, right?) Tonight’s recipe: Cajun Chicken Alfredo
